This week we are sharing the wonderful feedback received from our friends at Pueblo Bonito Resorts & Spas. ICE Portal produces and distributes rich media content to thousands of our partner travel sites. Most recently we had the pleasure of adding custom branding to Pueblo Bonito’s digital brochures as well as developing a Facebook App that allows them to fully integrate with the social network and engage with customers like never before.

“Hi, my name is Britten. I work for the marketing department, Pueblo Bonito Ocean Front Resort & Spas. And I’m here today to talk about our experience with ICE Portal. We had a great experience with ICE Portal! They really allowed us to create a more complete online experience for our guests. We have taken advantage of a number of their services including the virtual tours, the graphic layout rendering, and the social media apps.

The virtual tours are great! They allow us to provide a more interactive viewing tool for our clients. They can see our beach front properties, our five starts accommodations as if they were really there using zooming tools and viewing the 360 degree views. So this is just great giving a more comprehensive view of our resort. Also we used the graphic renderings. As I said, we choose to do 2D graphics renderings and the images look great they really improved the quality of our website, and the professionalism of our website, which obviously improve the overall quality of our product. This month we just launched a new Facebook app which allows us to provide access to those virtual tours to our fans on Facebook. And anytime you can increase or expand your presence online it’s just a great thing so we love this about ICE Portal.

Overall we are very satisfied with our experience with this company, both the experience itself and the end product. We have worked with them for a really long time, longer that I’ve been here, and we are just really impressed with the knowledge that they show of the industry and the flexibility they have always shown while working with us. They work really hard to help us meet our deadlines. They always graciously make the changes we request, however many we request. Any of our communications are always answered in a friendly and timely manner and we are just very happy we have chosen to work with them.
